Responsibilities:
- Accomplishing and coordinating engineering work transfer between Russia and USA
- Managing and coordinating execution of design/stress work done in Russia and USA
- Planning resources within the project
- Providing interface between engineering customer in US and contract engineering team
- Providing direction to technical leads/contract technical leads within the design/stress packages

Experience:
- From 1.5 years of business experience in a Western or large Russian company, preferably from aviation sector
- Technical background (Russian aviation background is preferable)
- Experience in managing engineering projects
- Experience in business strategy implementation
- Strong organizational skills, good presentation and communication skills
