Sorry for not replying sooner. We are actually working on writing up everything about our propellant. We want to make a detailed "how to" like what Richard Nakka has.

The most important component is obviously Ammonium Nitrate. We mix this with about 10% Potassium Nitrate to stabilize it. We then add Magnesium and Aluminium. The binder is Polyurethane.

The motor was a 57 mm diameter motor with graphite nozzle. We had 7 grains (bates).

I will definitely send you a link to our report when we have written it.

Что то про плавку я не слышал. Достаточно смешать в кофемолке, я думаю...
